4 Bedroom, 3 bathroom, 4 balconies overlooking Little Harbor Marina and resort. You might very well see dolphins and manatees from the large balconies while enjoying a meal. Full kitchen with all the added little appliances, serving dishes and utencils. Just a short walk to the private beach, pool and hot tub, or two on site restaurants. Relax and enjoy the resort or take a short 30 minute drive to Florida's major beaches and attractions.

Relaxing Stay

Townhouses was the perfect size for our family. Very quaint neighborhood with a wonderful view. Communication was awesome and very easy chrck in. Would stay again!!

Family of the Bride

Problem was the AC unit and not being able to stay there the first night. They did refund the night but it was a big issue as we had to find 3 hotel rooms verses the one condo. They did fix it the next day- but it still did not cool down until we cleaned the air filter. The manager was great with communication and worked with us. Condo had everything we needed.

A slice of heaven in Little Harbor

Property was exactly as described and pictured. Views out of all the windows were spectacular. The sun rises over the marina visible from the main level balcony. Appliances were in working order and kitchen had all necessary supplies. The hosts thought of everything including a beach umbrella, chairs and towels. Townhouse was immaculate. Loved the beach decor. Beds and furniture were comfortable. Beach was not crowded even during Spring Break and I enjoyed 2 delicious meals and some of the best sunsets I’ve ever seen at the Sunset Grill on the property. Neighbors were friendly and helpful. There was some confusion about the thermostat temperature but it cooled the townhouse nicely once it was adjusted to a reasonable temperature for Florida. I hope to return someday soon!

Spacious comfortable condo short distance from the beach

We went in mid-March and had an amazing time. The condo is spacious and comfortable with everything you need. Each room has a balcony. You’re just a 10 minute walk away from the pool, restaurants, beach, and fitness center. The beach was not overcrowded and the water and sand were clean. Nice and easy for families with little ones The only downside to our stay was that the property does not allow the AC to go below 75 degrees, so it can get pretty warm inside

Gem of a booking

Due to another property not responding we booked this little gem. Communication was fast, courtious and concise. The view from the balcony was great and we got to watch an osprey hunt constantly. Everything was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The location and local beach were very nice.

Clean & spacious w beautiful views

We had a great time in Little Harbor in Ruskin! The townhouse was spacious for our group of 7 and very clean. The town is small and away from the hustle and bustle. The beach was closed while we were there so that was a big bummer but we loved the beach on Anna Maria Island. Kitchen has the basic pots and pans. (Griddle doesn’t work.) we really enjoyed the space and balconies overlooking the marina. Pros- -plenty of room for 7 (we had 4 adults, 3 kids) -Quiet marina -Love the marina balcony views -Dock for fishing nearby- saw dolphins and manatees- my teen boys fished every day -Sunset Grill was great -Tampa Bay Fishing Charters out of Little Harbor Marina was fabulous- Captain Phil Cons- -Beach was closed our entire trip due to bacteria. Beach water looked & smelled terrible. So we had to drive 45min one way each day for a beach - not the owners fault but we didn’t get to use the beach there :( also the main fishing pier was closed. -Downstairs was a lot warmer than upstairs- thank goodness for the box fans -If stairs are a problem there are a lot of them - to get in the unit you have to first go up a flight of stairs -Need new pillows- they are flat as pancakes

Great place to stay.

The place is very nice, plenty of balconies to watch the sun rise and sunset. The amenities are great at Little Harbor. The food and drinks at the Sunset Bar and Grill are amazing.
