Located in SOHO near Kennedy Blvd and just a block over to Howard Ave a popular street where you’ll find many restaurants, cafes, nightlife and bars.

If you enjoy nightlife and being close to downtown Tampa you will fall in love with this location!

Very convenient to downtown, shopping and restaurants. Host was very responsive, check in and out process flawless. A little noisy with proximity to bar parking lot and convenience store. Shower was disappointing as there was very little water pressure. Beds very comfortable, supply of linens/towels excellent. Photos on website are outdated by comparison. Landscaping and outside condition could use some work. It was an OK stay.

The place inside and out was filthy. The bedding and actually mattresses were were dirty, they did not supply toilet paper, water pressure was non existent, it is next to a very large gas station and a bar. looks like they haven’t cleaned the yard in a long time. I don’t recommend!

Very clean
This is a home broken into apts. that doesn’t impress from the outside. Inside however, very. Lean, spacious and well appointed. It is pet friendly with no pet odor. We didn’t have a pet, but if you do there is a pub you can bring your dog with you right next door. There is also a Circle K behind the property, which was convenient. It is within walking distance from some good restaurants. I believe the Keurig coffee maker is broken. We couldn’t make it work!

The property was convenient. It was decorated in a quirky style. There were several things that weren't perfect or didn't work properly. The main complaints were there were only five squares of toilet paper in the entire bungalow. The owner stopped communicating when we asked to be reimbursed for the toilet paper we purchased. The Keurig didn't work and the microwave was dirty and rusted inside. The light in the kitchen didn't work so it was lucky we didn't plan to do much cooking. The parking was very squished. If you had two vehicles for each of the four units at the same time, parking would be a nightmare.

Location isn’t great. It’s right next to a gas station with people milling around all hours of the night. Communication with property manager was good but only one TV worked.

Great location
Other than the small hiccup in checking in when we arrived our stay was great! This is located in a fantastic spot for ALL of Tampas night life! If you're looking for a spacious 3br get away this is the place!! It does have a very small bathroom, not recommending more than one person in there at a time! And the kitchen has an odd layout, it's kind of split between two rooms. Overall this place is great! Highly recommend!!

Great for Groups
Derek was a fantastic host. The space is very large and great for groups. The gas station next door gets a bit noisy but is also convenient to grab last minute items.
