Located on the second floor, this 1 bedroom with separate living area and kitchen is roomy for you and your family or a golf getaway with friends. You have views of the golf course & Lakeside pond. In the mornings, have your cup of coffee on the beautiful patio while watching the herons and storks just steps away as they start their day! This condo is special in that you have a large spacious bedroom with two queen size beds and an en suite bathroom. The living & dining area are welcoming with vibrant colors & updates. The kitchen is functional and equipped for making something simple or special! There is a compact stove top with two burners and the microwave doubles as a convection oven as well. If you prefer to eat out, there are many options to drive to within 10-15 minutes outside of the community.

**If you need additional space, there is a studio condo with an adjoining door that is available for rental with 2 queen size beds & an en suite bathroom (sleeps 4).
