Turn off if you’ll be out > 1 h and keep doors/windows closed. • TV: two remotes (TV + Smart Box on HDMI). Log out of personal streaming apps at check‑out. • Laundry: load ≥ 8 kg and rinse sand off first; use beach towels (not bath towels) for the beach.
HOUSE REMINDERS • Power/water/internet flickers up to 5 min are normal; call if any service is out > 1 h. • Ants & the occasional (non‑poisonous) scorpion are common in the tropics. • Quiet hours 10 PM – 8 AM — absolutely no parties; fines or eviction may apply. • Lock doors/windows and don’t leave valuables in cars. • Construction noise is possible during the day; message us if loud work continues after hours. • Trash bin is in the parking area; collection Mon / Wed / Sat. • Tipping: 10 % is already included at most venues; extra is appreciated.
