Avoid. 1. This property has bed bugs. 2. This property is located over a karaoke bar and there's loud activity outside that continues to 5am that will prevent you from having a restful sleep. 3. Because of this convenient location to the night life in the old town, many people rent a room strictly to party all night and return frequently to nap for an hour to go out again. I saw many people bring cases of beer into their room while checking in. 4. This property does not enforce quiet rules after a certain hour. 5. Guests frequently smoke openly in the bathrooms and common areas. 6. The property does not have an attendant after certain hours. 7. While English is widely spoken in all the Nordic and Baltic countries, the attendants will feign not knowing English if they sense a problem.

Great location. Walking distance to the Old Town. The hotel has breakfast buffet included so that is a plus. The triple room is big enough. All in all, I have no complaints and I highly recommend it to other travelers.
