"For the most part the stay was good, it was quiet and the room was ok. The door leading out of the room lead to a drop-off at the edge of the walkway, so if you weren't careful, you could step off a high edge and take a fall and injure yourself. I had to have the hotel get a safety cone to put in front, so I didn't accidently walk off that edge and injure myself. The shower head in our room was fixed so you could not adjust it, if you were 6'6" tall it's not a problem but for anyone else the shower water is spraying right over your head. If we had a different room the stay might have been better. "

"We found the Cottage to be exactly as described. It was very clean and all essentials were provided. The location was great for us as it was 71/2 miles from SBP airport, just a few miles from Arroyo Grande, Grover Beach, Pismo and several vineyards. Marvin was quick to respond to any questions or concerns. As an older couple we struggled a bit with the TV remotes finding the channels/programs we normally watch. I would recommend this property for rental."

"Our favorite place to stay when coming back home to the Central Coast! Our room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The jetted tub in the King suite never fails to also be clean and soothing. Location in AG Village is awesome! "

"Jason and Angela have a wonderfully peaceful casita which served perfectly for a romantic getaway weekend. Hosts were communicative and helpful when asked for suggestions. The design of the casita is gorgeous, and we had want for nothing except I wish I brougjt downfree blankets and pillows--all supplied comforters and pillows in both bedrooms were feather filled which a lot of people enjoy--my immune system just does not abide. Clear days provide ocean views from the lovely outdoor dining table. Coffee station was excellently supplied, and we were very touched by the warm welcome note left for us. Downtown historic arroyo grande is a short drive away and has ample public parking. We enjoyed the farmers market as well as Ember restaurant, Klondike Pizza, and Mule coffee and pastries. Highly recommend staying here for relaxation. "

"This place was perfect! Bubbly hot tub, big patio with fire ring. The coffee machine was really spectacular. Fun games in the garage for all ages. Super place!"
