"The room was not great, very dated and smelled “stale”. The pool was lackluster- and no services provided."

"Upon arrival, I waited over an hour for a key card due to system issues. When I finally received a key to room #1, I discovered the room was occupied. The second room #2 was given and it was also occupied. I was ultimately placed in room#3, but because of the delays I had to rush to my scheduled event. When I returned to my room after midnight, the toilet would not flush. With no maintenance on-site, I was transferred to yet another room#4 at around 2:00 AM. This resulted in significant disruption, lost rest, and overall frustration. Despite these repeated issues, I did not receive any form of compensation—no credit, discount, points, or acknowledgment of the inconvenience caused."

"Expedia never sent my virtual card with reservation info to the hotel. I went for a double funeral not that expedia cares, but they charged my car and so did holiday inn. No empathy, all i was meant to feel as, was a Transaction. I lost double the dollars and i didnt even stay the whole reserved time."

"Pretty good breakfast. Flexible check out time. Clean room. However Expedia failed to mention the hefty parking fee of $29 plus tax despite the hotel claiming they have informed them. Also the microwave was not displaying properly"

"The room appeared clean, however we arrived late and went to bed. Woke up this morning and saw stains on the sheets which was disgusting. Also the hanging light in the room was lovely but have no idea how to turn it on, nor could we figure out how to turn on the lamp on the desk. "
