Perfect appartment for our stay. Everything we needed, great location and secure parking nearby. Good communication with the owner and even met us at the car park to show us where to park and how to get in and out of car park. Would definitely stay again. Good value for money

The staff here are fabulous! Anyone wanting to be close to an event at the stadium...this place is ideal. David and the girls were so helpful, friendly and hardworking. No breakfast available on site would be my only gripe if I were to have one, but it didn't make a big difference to us, as it was easy to get food sorted locally anyway. We would definitely recommend to other visitors and stay again ourselves. Very grateful for our lovely weekend stay.

A great option as an alternative to staying in a hotel especially if you are staying more tha3 or 4 nights. Good kitchen including crockery, utensils and glasses. Great location to explore Liverpool city centre.

Second time staying in this property, but the experience was very different this time. Property was on 8th floor at side of building, so the view was of the building next door and the stadium. View was OK, flat was spacious. When booking there is no choice or indication of which flat you will get, so I would not stay here again. Many issues, some of which were resolved during the stay, some of which were not. Don't expect to be able to cook in this flat. The kitchen lacked a full set of cutlery, there was one tumbler, no kitchen knives, no tea towel, no oven gloves. Multiple requests got me a teatowel and some cutlery, but the glasses and kitchen knives never arrived. The property was not clean. There was cutlery left in the dishwasher that was encrusted with dirt, the dishwasher was not clean - looks like it had been there for a while due to the bad smell. Dishwasher was cleaned during my stay after I complained (twice). Other rubbish included dirty tissues and a used hairbrush under the bed which I found when the bedroom started to smell bad. The throw on the sofa was dirty and stained, so I had to put it through the washing machine. The curtain rail ni the bedroom was broken (notified but not fixed) and the panel above the oven was broken and fell on the floor. You will need to buy toilet roll, they provided one roll per week.
