"Staff are friendly and cleaning staff ensure room is cleaned and used utilities are supplied properly. The only thing is the room service main menu only last till 9.30pm while the snack menu variaties are limited."

"Unfortunately we stopped at the hotel and HK only for one night as a part of a stopover flight of 36h. I chose the hotel because of the prime position on the promenade and also offering an easily access to the direct airport bus. The room was fantastic ( harbour view room) mostly like a suite with a separate lounge and a bedroom with views of the harbour even if there is a harbour building opposite the hotel so you got a somewhat partial view but still a nice view especially at night when the lights go on. Location is fantastic! Clean and quiet too."
"It’s a decent hotel that is very closed to the airport. We only stayed one night for a layover. Room service was mediocre but breakfast was better. It was nice to have shuttles running every 30’ between the hotel and airport."
