The perfect mountain home getaway - outdoor private hot tub, 4 bedroom 3.5-bath and comfortably sleeps 12, vaulted ceilings, private deck with views, ideal for a large family or two families traveling together and located in a wonderful neighborhood near the Granby Ranch Resort and centrally located to all the activities and adventures in Grand County. After exploring the area, come home to relax on the large, comfortable sofas that surround the gas fireplace, 65” flat screen television in the luxury of the living room that also has vaulted ceilings, ceiling fan to cool off during the warmer summer months, hardwood flooring and is a wonderful spot for puzzles, board games and spending quality family time together. The open floor plan encompasses the fully equipped gourmet kitchen with marble countertops, stainless steel appliances, plenty of countertop space for easy meal preparation and a breakfast bar that will seat up to four. The adjacent dining space has a table setting for up to four guest. sizable pantry and spacious dining at the main table with additional seating at the large kitchen island and small nook with wet bar. This main floor also includes a full bathroom accessible from the hallway and the primary bedroom suite with a king-sized bed, flat screen television, ceiling fan, lovely en-suite bathroom with large vanity and custom tiled shower enclosure. The lower level of the home provides the main guest entrance and the additional three bedrooms, bathroom, laundry and access to the private patio with BBQ area and outdoor hot tub to relax and enjoy the starry night skies and mountain views. The second and third bedrooms have queen-sized beds, flat screen televisions and ceiling fans. The fourth bedroom is a favorite spot for the younger ones with a Captain’s bunk bed (double on the bottom and twin on the top and a twin trundle bed) so you can sleep up to four guests. The main hallway has a full bathroom centrally located, the laundry room with washer and dryer. A welcoming mud room area has a lot of storage space and a customized coat and boot area - great to keep all the items you need when exploring in one convenient spot. Guests have access from this area to the 1 car garage. Home amenities include complimentary WI-FI access, flat screen televisions, washer and dryer, gas fireplace, ceilings fans, private patio and outdoor hot tub. Fully equipped kitchen includes all pots, pans, dishes and utensils. All linens, towels, paper products and toiletries are provided. Please note there are security cameras at the front of the garage door and back door. There is no air conditioning available. Parking is in the 2 car garage with storage space. Guests can park 2 additional vehicles in the driveway only. Please note there is no parking allowed on the residential streets. Ranch Hall offers a common area lounge, outdoor pool and hot tub; game room, workout facilities and summer outdoor playground. Kids 8 and under are free and guests must be 16 and older to use the workout facilities. The $20 fee must be paid by the guest directly to Ranch Hall via credit card only. This fee is per person/per day. Granby Ranch offers great year round activities including skiing, snowboarding, snowshoeing, golfing, hiking and mountain biking. We are 3 miles from the town of Granby, 20 miles from either Winter Park or Grand Lake. Guests need to arrange their own transportation as the unit is not on any public transportation. There may be times during heavy snowfall that the county road may have delays with snow removal and guests should consider utilizing either all-wheel drive or four-wheel drive vehicles. House Rules: Smoking and pets are strictly prohibited according to homeowner rule. Guests will face a fine of $500 per day if found smoking or bringing a pet onto the property. Check-in time is at 4:00PM and check-out time is at 10:00AM. Reservation holders must be 25 years of age. All guests are required to sign our rental agreement within 48 hours of booking.
