There has not been one single improvement, enhancement or update since the property was built to any of the common areas the Carpet is thread bare and stained. The balcony exterior is all in terrible condition and the entire hotel requires painting, New carpet & complete updating. Practical bonuses: a fridge in the room, a coffee maker in the main hall, complimentary tea and coffee; all making it possible to grab a snack before going out in the morning. The neighbourhood is lovely and quiet, whereas the lake, the beach and the center of Keszthely are within a walking distance. Overall, I would recommend it...

"It is a well kept property. We loved the longer shoreline. It is very busy but still I did not feel super crowded. Lots of activities are offered for families. Food is great. Suggestion: beach towels. We had to carry our bathroom towels to the beach. The price of the accomodation is quite high. Minimally, the water at the dinner table should be free."
