You enter the 30 square meter 1 room apartment via a hallway with a cloakroom. From the hallway you get into the bathroom and into the living, sleeping and dining room with adjoining fitted kitchen. The apartment can be used with 3 people. A double bed and a sofa bed are available.
Floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room with a view of the dunes and a large south-west balcony.
The kitchen is practically furnished with a ceramic hob, mini-oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, various pots and pans, small baking dish and dishes. WIRELESS INTERNET ACCESS.
After a change of ownership, the apartment was renovated to a high standard in 2017 - former property no. 2063513 at Fewo-Direkt. Please read the reviews.
There are currently numerous active construction sites on the island, including in the surrounding area.

Gleich zuhause gefühlt

Ich war nur für 3 Tage da und habe die Zeit sehr genossen. Die WG war perfekt für mich. Ganz friesisch süß mit einen kleinen Balkon. Schön nah am Strand. Morgens von den Möwen geweckt worden und gleich ein Strahlen im Gesicht. Komme sehr gerne wieder. LG Renate Nienaber

Liebevolle Einrichtung jedoch für 3 Personen ungeeignet

Wir haben die Wohnung für uns 3 (Sohn 11) gebucht, leider ist die Wohnung nur für zwei ausgelegt. So gibt es zwar eine schlafmöglichkeit und Form eines ausklappbaren Sessels, dieser ist jedoch nicht mehr so in Schuss wie er sein sollte, so dass aufgrund eines defekten Reißverschlusses der Schlaftril nachts wegrutscht. Was mich jedoch wirklich störte war, dass es nur zwei Stühle zum Essen gab und auf dem Balkon kein Tisch zur Verfügung stand. Wären wir nur zu zweit gewesen alles gut, aber so war das irgendwie bedauerlich, schmälerte es doch die wohlfühlsituation… wir haben dann in Etappen gefrühstückt. Darüberhinaus ist die Lage top! Es gibt vor der Tür genau 6 Parkplätze für gefühlte 300 Autos und die Parkplätze mit Parkschein dürfen nur 3 Stunden genutzt werden. Man muss das Ticket also bewusst in Kauf nehmen wenn man stressfrei urlauben will. Die Baustelle ist direkt vor der Tür, aber wenn man sich auf Sylt umsieht sind da überall Baustellen, für uns war das jetzt aber kein Störfaktor. Alles in allem hatten wir einen tollen Urlaub der nur durch die irreführende Angabe der Personen die hier nächtigen können getrübt wurde.

Eine süße kleine Wohnung und tolle Stadtlage. Die Düne ist gleich vor der Tür und die Einkaufsstrassen sowie der Bahnhof sind fußläufig in 10 Minuten erreichbar.

Südbalkon mit Blick auf Großbaustelle

Wohnung klein aber fein. Leider war direkt neben dem Objekt eine Großbaustelle, die in der Ausschreibung nicht erwähnt wurde. Selbst samstags wurde in der Zeit von 8.00 bis ca. 14.00 gearbeitet!

Sehr schönes Appartement

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Lage und auch die Parkplatzangebote sind gut. Ein Parkplatz war immer gut zu finden. Alles sauber und ordentlich. Das appartement befindet sich im 3. Stock und ist gut gelegen. Bis zur Innenstadt von Westerland sind es nur wenige Minuten Gehweg.

Appartement selbst ist klein, sauber, hübsch und funktional. Liegt zentral. Alles fussläufig erreichbar. Aber, großes ABER: Das Appartementhaus ist umgeben von einer Großbaustelle. Von "hat wenig gestört" in Rezessionen kann hier keine Rede sein bzw. im Beschreibungstext "Baustelle in näherer Umgebung" ist mehr als eine absolute, wohlwollende Untertreibung. Die Baustellen muss man sagen, liegen unmittelbar vor dem zum Appartement gehörigen Balkon. Dahinter liegt der Schlaf- und Aufenthaltsraum. Weckruf an sechs Tagen die Woche um 07:15 Uhr per Kreissäge. Zum Kaffee auf dem Balkon gab es anstelle von Dünenblick Bauarbeiterdekoltees. Der Dünenblick an sich verschwindet zusehends hinter Hauswänden. Der Lärm hat die ersehnte Urlaubsruhe zum Teil pulverisiert. Die Unmittelbarkeit und Größe der Baustelle in der Lagebeschreibung nicht zu erwähnen ist unschön. Den vollen Mietpreis angesichts dessen zu verlangen ist selbst für Sylt ambitioniert. Sich aber als Vermieter trotz meherer Versuche der Kontaktaufnahme gar nicht zu äußern ist traurig. Sylt ja und gerne immer wieder, aber nicht mehr in diesem Appartement. Schade.

Toller Aufenthalt

Die Ferienwohnung befindet sich in optimaler Lage. 3 min fußläufig zum Strand, 5 min zur Fußgängerzone. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht, alles noch relativ neu, praktisch und geschmackvoll. Mein einziger Wunsch wäre ein Sonnenschirm auf dem Balkon. Buchung und Schlüsselübergabe waren schnell, freundlich und unkompliziert. Ein Parkplatz hat sich selbst in der Hochsaison immer in der Nähe gefunden. Die Baustelle direkt nebendran hat nur wenig gestört. Hoffentlich wird der Blick auf die Düne nicht komplett verbaut! Ich werde diese ideale Unterbringung auf jeden Fall noch einmal buchen. Danke!

Tolles Objekt, tolle Lage, etwas klein aber ausreichend, man ist sowieso nur unterwegs. Alles ist vorhanden, was man braucht, selbst ein TV mit Netflix Taste. Nur parken ist eine Katastrophe, aber da kann das Objekt nichts dafür.

Schönes Appartement in Strandnähe

Das Appartement ist sehr schön, die Nähe zum Strand optimal. Ein Parkplatz war schnell zu finden. Das Bad ist allerdings sehr klein und die Baustelle vor dem Balkon nicht schön.

Perfekt 👌

Das Objekt war absolut zufriedenstellend. 30 qm Appartement optimal platzorientiert. Zentrale Lage, in wenigen Schritten am Meer, Edeka 5 Min. , Friedrichstraße 6 Min. Schlüsselübergabe fantastisch , trotz absoluter Verspätung wegen Staus. Sehr gerne wieder!

7 schöne Tage auf Sylt

Wir hatten 7 schöne Tage in der super schönen und zweckmäßig eingerichteten Wohnung. Von der Wohnung bis zum wunderschönen Strand sind es max. 5 min zu Fuß und max. 10 min bis in die Stadt. Es war auch kein Problem direkt an der Strasse vor der Wohnung zu parken. Von der Baustelle haben wir nichts mitbekommen...in dieser Woche wurde dort nicht gearbeitet. Immer wieder gerne Sylt und auch immer wieder gerne dieses Appartement! Auch herzlichen Dank für die problemlose Abwicklung!

Zweckmäßige freundlicheFerienwohnung in günstiger Lage

Die Ferienwohnung ist klein aber dennoch umfassend ausgestattet. Sauber, zweckmäßig, enthält alles Notwendige, großer Südbalkon, hell und freundlich. Ausgezeichnete Lage: 150 m zum Radweg, 200 m zum Strandzugang, in der Nähe Bäckerei und Einkaufsladen, Parkplatz für PKW an der Straße.
