Der Gesamteindruck der Villa Gudrun ist bei uns seit Jahren top. Diesmal war es der erste Aufenthalt unter der Betreuung durch die Fa. Wedell. Auch hier ging alles reibungslos. Ein kleines technisches Problem wurde schnell gelöst und ein Tag Verlängerung war mit einem Anruf innerhalb weniger Minuten erledigt. An der Unterkunft gibt es nichts wirklich zu kritisieren. Wenn man pingelig ist könnte man bemängeln, dass die Außenbereiche Balkon und Treppe nicht super sauber waren, und eine Menge Moos vom Dach tagelang auf der Treppe lag. Innen gab es Bauarbeiten, wodurch die Flure nicht sauber waren, aber das hat uns nicht gestört. Einziges kleines Manko im Bad gibt es keinerlei Möglichkeit etwas aufzuhängen oder abzulegen. Hier wäre ein Regal oder ein paar einfache Haken an der Badtür eine leichte Abhilfe. Aber das ist wirklich nur meckern auf höstem Niveau. Wir kommen immer wieder gern n die Villa Gudrun.

Wer in Stadtnähe sein möchte… kurzen Weg zum Strand…kurzen Weg zum einkaufen…kurzen Weg zum Bahnhof. Rauchfrei, keine Tiere. Treppen steigen sollte man können. Mein Rollator steht unten im Hausflur. Alles ohne Probleme.Wir buchen immer wieder.
