The salient aspect about our stay, the friendliness, professionalism and welcome from all the staff, from a lovely lady vleaning early morning to the guy whi checked us in.
Fantastic location close to the Rocks area in Sydney. Great selection of food and very tasty. Friendly staff. Comfortable beds and good shower. Would stay again.
The Lord Nelson is a historic hotel bar and brewery. The rooms above are basic but charming. Ours had a great view of the Sydney's city lights while removed. The bathroom was a nice surprise. Expected a more out of date bath but is was clean modern and adequate in size. The staff was welcoming as you come and go through the bar.
This was a perfect venue for us. Staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is in great location in one of the older parts of Sydney. Pub brewed beer also very good and the room was lovely, not like a modern chain, but a nice nod to the style of the time it was built with all amenities including a very efficient AC system.
Lovely historic hotel and pub close to the CBD. Easy to reach from the Metro station at Barangaroo and walking distance to the CBD, and the tourist sites. Room was comfortable and spacious. Would stay again.
Staff so friendly. For beer lovers great fun to be had tasting the local brew. Take note, no lift so only bookif you can carry your luggage and self up stairs! Room had character and gave great view. Excellent stay.
All the staff were great from the friendly check in through to Dinner and drinks in the Bar that night. Highly recommend this place for the History and central location to The Rocks and Bangaroo.
