What We Love

Ocean Vistas is a four bedroom, two bathroom apartment over two levels in Manly, Sydney, one of just four residences in a boutique block, with ocean views from its private balcony. It sleeps up to 6 guests across two king bedrooms (one with ensuite), a queen bedroom and a small single room, with two lounges, a marble kitchen, a charcoal BBQ and smoker on the balcony, and a private laundry. South Steyne Beach is about a 2 minute walk away, down the stairs at the end of Cliff Street. There is no on-site parking.

It suits families and groups of friends wanting a beach base steps from the sand, corporate guests needing wifi and quick ferry access to the CBD, and longer stays, with a full kitchen, dishwasher and laundry.

Living Level
The light-filled open plan living space has crisp white walls, timber floors and floor-to-ceiling French doors, while a statement mirrored wall reflects the ocean views. The kitchen has marble surfaces, gold fixtures, a gas cooktop, oven, dishwasher, microwave and a Zip tap with instant boiling water. The dining table seats five, and the balcony has outdoor dining and a charcoal BBQ and smoker, with the sound of the waves close by. A TV with Netflix and streaming services makes for easy nights in.

Lower Level
Two bedrooms sit on this level: one with a king bed, and one with a queen bed and a piano. A family bathroom with a deep soaking tub and overhead shower serves both rooms, with a separate toilet for convenience.

Upper Level
The main bedroom has a king bed, its own ensuite with shower, and air conditioning, and catches the morning sun over Manly. A second lounge room and a small single bedroom are also on this level.

- Beaches & Swims: Start your day with a dawn swim at South Steyne Beach, just down the stairs at the end of Cliff Street. For calmer water, Fairy Bower and Shelly Beach sit within the Cabbage Tree Bay Aquatic Reserve, where snorkellers drift over reefs teeming with marine life.
- Cafés & Bakeries: Grab pastries and coffee from a local bakehouse, then follow the coastal path to The Boathouse at Shelly Beach for a relaxed lunch with water views. Norma's Deli on The Corso is known for generous gourmet sandwiches.
- Shopping & The Corso: The Corso runs from the beach to the wharf, with everything from surf shops to homewares, cafés and takeaway.
- Dining & Family Fun: End the day at Hugos Manly for Italian with harbour views, Garfish for fresh seafood, or the Manly Skiff Club for relaxed local vibes. With kids in tow, Delwood Beach along the Fairlight harbourside walk is a calm, family-friendly swimming spot away from the main beach.

The Manly ferries connect you to Circular Quay, buses run across the Northern Beaches, and Uber and GoGet car share are readily available.

- There are about 15 steps up to the apartment door, and internal stairs between levels.
- Air conditioning is in the main bedroom only. The other bedrooms have portable fans, and a gas heater warms the living area.
- The BBQ is a charcoal BBQ and smoker. Please bring your own charcoal and dispose of it safely.
- The fireplace is a decorative feature only and cannot be used.
- The Zip tap gives instant boiling water only, with no cold water.
- The apartment sleeps 6, but the dining table seats 5.
- There is no on-site parking, and street parking in Manly is very limited.
- Some furniture and styling have changed since the photos were taken.
- This is a smoke-free property, and pets are not permitted.
