There are with two Queen-sized beds and one Double bed, accommodating up to 7 guests. Additionally, a sofa bed is available for extra sleeping arrangements. Please note that bed linens for the sofa bed are available upon request and subject to an additional fee. + Two bathrooms: Two modern bathrooms, one being an ensuite to the master bedroom, both equipped with essentials for your convenience. + Open-plan living area: Enjoy a spacious living room with comfortable seating and a smart TV, perfect for unwinding after a busy day. + Fully equipped kitchen: The kitchen comes with a gas stove, oven, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, and all necessary cookware for your cooking needs. + Laundry facilities: A washer and dryer are available, so you can easily take care of your laundry during your stay. + Comfort: Air conditioning and heating are provided for your comfort year-round. Complaints will be reported to the 24/7 on-site manager. ※ Cooking oil, salt, and pepper are not provided. ※ Booking Changes and Options: The rebooking fee will be waived if you extend your check-out date, provided the length of stay is not shortened. - No changes are permitted once the reservation has started. - For changes within 7 days of check-in, no modifications are allowed. - For changes made between 7 and 14 days before check-in, a A$100 service fee will apply. - For changes made between 14 and 30 days before check-in, a A$50 service fee will apply. - Changes made more than 30 days before check-in are free of charge. Note: Conditions for Rebooking: 1) Rebooking is subject to availability and a new daily rate, which may differ from the original reservation. Guests will be charged the higher of the two rates. 2) The new check-in date must be within 90 days of the original date and is subject to availability. - Check-in: After 3:00 PM - Check-out: By 10:00 AM - As this is a residential building, we kindly ask you to keep noise levels low after 9:00 PM. - Parties and the use of illegal substances are strictly prohibited. - This is a non-smoking property. A $1,000 fine applies for smoking. - Pets are not allowed. - Please refrain from wearing shoes on the carpet. - No jumping on the bed or sofa, please. - Please enter and exit the home quietly to respect our neighbors and maintain a comfortable living environment for all. - If you move any furniture, please return it to its original position. - Due to the possibility of another guest checking in immediately after your stay, cooking with aromatic spices is not permitted. - Please adhere to the check-out time. If you require a late check-out, kindly inform us at the time of booking. Note that additional charges may apply if a late check-out is available. - Extra linen can be provided upon request at an additional cost of $45. - Always take the property key and fob with you. Emergency key delivery charges start at AU$180. In the event of a lost key or keys not returned to the lockbox, a call-out fee starting from AU$350 will apply. Emergency locksmiths are the guest's responsibility, with fees starting at AU$180. - Upon check-out, please leave the property in a clean and tidy condition. - Guests will be responsible for covering the cost of any damages or breakages, as well as any additional cleaning required beyond the standard service.
