STUDENTS WELCOME - You have the option of either one queen bed or two single/twins beds. For our long-term students, we remove the queen bed and prepare two single beds.

This apartment is non-smoking, so if needed please step outside. This is a relaxed and peaceful neighborhood so we ask you to respect the environment in such a manner while enjoying your stay.

CLEANING FOR STAYS LONGER THAN 6 WEEKS:
For our long-term students/guests, the apartment requires cleaning every fortnight. This service is not included in the cost of your stay and should be paid directly to the agent. The cleaning which includes a change of linen, is $120 AUD per cleaning.
Guest access
Guest will have access to the entire apartment.
