"The rooms were dirty and very dated. We complained that our room was grubby and in need of a full refurbishment. The staff were friendly and offered us another room but this was equally dated and smelt terrible. We eventually accepted a smaller room with less facilities as it was just bearable. The manager offered us the penthouse suite for our last night, this was a very nice offer but overall, the whole hotel is in need of modernising, I would not recommend anyone to stay here. The staff were patient and accommodating to our complaints."

"The air con in the room was hot and cold all the time, can never get the room to a comfortable temperature and stay like that. Probably being picky, was definitely expecting room coffee is better than a nescafe 43 sachet. After housekeeping we werent given fresh face wash, when asking the staff said they ran out. Every morning when the airline staff checking out the front foyer was a mess, always a struggle to get to the lifts. We liked the bar, good seatings. And its great location if you are after somewhere in darling harbour "

"The staff was incredibly accommodating! You can walk directly to the international Terminal. Ascot (restaurant) was delicious and was able to provide safe meals for a Celiac. Very appreciated!"
