Timber self contained simple garden studio with kitchenette, queen size bed & basic outside bathroom hidden in a secluded private garden with its own private entrance in the Lower Blue Mountains of Glenbrook. 4 min drive to local cafes, Glenbrook National Park and Mountain bike trails. 12 minutes from Penrith, 10 minutes from the Nepean River, 1 hour drive from Sydney, 50 min drive to Leura, & Three sisters in Katoomba.

Understood there was external bathroom but it was unsafe and not particularly clean. Pathway to there unstable. Poor lighting nowhere to put belongings. Understood no air but no windows to open no no door could be left open and gauze curtain over door not ideal. No fresh air especially on extremely hot day and night. Bed very soft. Powerchords everywhere. Reviews were very good so we were disappointed and uncomfortable. Chairs extremely uncomfortable .

The property provided a safe comfortable and welcoming environment. Best night’s sleep I’d had in months and the bed and doona were a dream, 7 degrees that night and we were snug as bugs in a rug. Beautiful property. Thank you Charlotte.

The cutest little place we have stayed in!

We only wanted something clean and cheap to stay in on our way to Mudgee. Well i must say.. this place was amazing! Cute and quirky. The detached bathroom was so quaint! Gardens were beautiful! Bed was beyong comfortable! Wish i could have stayed another night!! Was just that little bit "different" which made it so awesome! Thank you! The Italian restaurant in Glenbrook was delish as well!!

Comfortable Serene Garden Studio

Well appointed garden studio with lots of charm. Beautiful leafy green garden. Very enjoyable stay. I highly recommend this place. It’s a shame you have to book through this company’s website and manage the booking through an app. The booking experience was woeful.

Private studio in lush shady garden

Private cottage-style studio in beautiful shady garden. Easy car access. Exterior bathroom is not for everyone but, for me, added to the old world charm. Studio is well equipped and well located. Friendly and helpful owner.
