The first Single bedroom is nestled near the entryway and the second and third bedrooms are upstairs, with a Double and Single in one and a Queen Bed in the other. The main bathroom is also located upstairs with a powder room downstairs opposite the fully equipped laundry room.

Our living area is fitted with a Smart Tv and flows down a few steps to the open plan kitchen and dining area which opens onto our patio via floor to ceiling glass bi fold doors.

Set in a highly sought after enclave in Newtown, only moments to RPA Hospital and Sydney Uni, this is an ideal family home to enjoy Sydney from.
