This property is absolutely stunning and is so clean it gleams. Beautiful wooden floors throughout with decorative rugs giving a warm homely feeling. The two bathrooms are large and luxurious with abundance of towels, soaps and hair washing products.A fully modern kitchen with an expresso machine with pods providedThere are 2 main bedrooms each have sliding doors wardrobes with internal drawers. The main bedroom is extremely spacious with an archway leading to a desk and chair It is exactly as it is shown on the website and in a fantastic position with a short walk to Bondi Beach William is a fantastic host extremely helpful without being intrusive We were a party of 4 and there was plenty of room. We all had a fantastic time and any further trip to Bondi we will definitely return here It was amazing

The host was fantastic and communicated well with me during my planning process and let me know when I could check in as I requested early check it. There was also great communication throughout the stay and I felt that if I were to need anything, it would be handled efficiently. The home itself and the location were exactly as advertised and were perfect for my family and I as we stayed and explored the beatiful city!

Such a great place! Amazing location, 5 min walk to beach and shops! Off street parking was soooo helpful. Beds and pillows were comfy, place was clean, kitchen had everything to made decent meals. Front large room can be a bit noisy with traffic going past but it was ok. Host was lovely to deal with, very attentive and kind! Would definitely stay again

Overall stay was great. The 2nd bathroom is located downstairs and it should be noted that it’s out in the open so we needed to develop a system to let others in our party know when someone was using it. Also there is not a hot tub at the house, and the host said they would update the listing since it was listed when we booked our stay.

City 2 Surf Getaway

The place was well positioned at North Bondi (ran past on the C2S run) close to Bondi.The place was spotless and well set up for our family including 3 adult children.Would definitely stay again.

Firstly, William was a perfect host! Couldn't have asked for someone better who made it perfectly easy. He was always intouch from the moment we arrived at the property to our exit. Very friendly and helpful. Secondly, the house was comfortable and the location was astounding. Loved our morning walks and especially the quaint little coffee shops and restaurants. The house had everything we could need along with a welcome bottle of wine, we really appreciated after our long travels and reaching late at night. Both check in and out was simple and easy. The house was warm cosy and very comfortable. Dear William, will definitely want to stay with you on our next visit.

Bondi Winter Escape

The house was perfect for our family of five. We arrived late at night, and the heating was on, and the house was lovely and warm and clean. We had teenagers with us, and it was great having the 2 bathrooms and plenty of bedroom space. We ate a number of meals at the house and the kitchen was really well equipped. The location of the house was fantastic for public transport with bus stops right outside the door, so it was exceptionally easy to get into the city for other activities we had planned. We are not from Australia, and we were incredibly impressed by the public transport system in Sydney. The house was located within easy walking distance of cafes, restaurants, food mart, mini supermarket, shops, golf course and the beach. William was an excellent communicator, and we couldn't have asked for a better host. We didn't have any issues during our stay, but William was very accessible so I imagine it would have been easy to resolve anything if you did. If we ever return to Sydney we would definitely stay here again.

Great little space for a Bondi vacation

I stayed with my family for a week of relaxation. Check in was easy and William was a great host, checking in on us via text a couple of times throughout the stay. The apartment has all the amenities we needed and is in a great location close to a golf course and the beach.

Great host and location

The property was well equipped, clean and had a great location. William was a fantastic communicator and was very welcoming. In walking distance to the beach, cafes and shops. Private parking was a huge bonus done as we had hired a car. The listing did tick the box for a hot tub but we are not sure if there was one for visitor use. Other than that we would highly recommend this property.

Great Stay in North Bondi

Clean place, great location, about a 15 minute walk to restaurants, 10 minutes to beach. I would give it 5 stars but the house shakes quite a bit when any size car drives by, it makes it a little difficult to sleep in the front bedroom.Overall a great stay.

Great location

We stayed here for a few days at the end of a 2 week stay in Australia. We previously stayed in the Rocks/Barangaroo neighborhoods so Bondi was a big change. The house is perfectly situated with close proximity to grocer, cafes, and nice restaurants as well as the beach. The house was very clean. There were lots of towels and the bedding was quite good. The host was responsive and kind. The only negative feedback I can think of is the road noise from the front of the house by the master BR. The road is not busy and the speed limit isn’t very fast but the sound of the cars was so loud when we were trying to sleep. This is obviously not within the control of the host but it was unfortunate. Ear plugs were very helpful!

Fantastic Bondi Stay

Location was perfect. House was immaculate and book in was easy. Great communication from hosts. I would recommend anyone to stay at this property. Comfortable and quiet and just a walk to beach and restaurants. Buses nearby. Thank you again, we loved our stay here.
