This is a great property. Out in the woods at the end of a quiet street, friendly neighbors, it's close to Black Mountain, the Blue Ridge Parkway, and downtown. The check-in process couldn't have been easier and communication with the host was effortless and she was very responsive. The house was clean and well equipped with plenty of kitchen amenities and supplies. Everything was in good working order. There is a nice deck on the back that overlooks the woods and is a great place to enjoy a morning coffee in the sun. We would definitely recommend this place, it's a perfect Asheville experience!

Our small group of guest musicians (for an area music festival) stayed at this property for two weeks and it was perfect. The house was clean, comfortable, nicely decorated, and just what we needed for our group. We especially loved the back yard and deck for quiet, nature-inspired evenings. For the first several days, there was an issue with the air conditioning, but the owner put a temporary solution in place right away and was very communicative about repairs, while being mindful of our privacy. We would absolutely love to stay here again.
