There are four bedrooms. One has a zip-and-link bed that can be arranged to suit your stay. There are two further king bedrooms, one with its own ensuite shower room. The fourth bedroom has an adult-size bunk bed, suitable for children, teenagers or adults.

There are three bathrooms, including the ensuite to one king bedroom, giving guests plenty of space and comfort after a day on the beach or coastal paths.

The bright lounge and dining area is a real highlight, with sea views, a cosy fireplace and a large TV connected to a Sonos surround sound system, perfect for films, TV or music. The dining table converts into a full-size pool table, creating a brilliant entertainment space for evenings in. Books and board games are also provided.

The high-quality kitchen is well equipped for self-catering, with a 5-ring hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, toaster and a Tesla fridge/freezer with iced water and ice on tap.

Outside, there is a patio with garden furniture and BBQ, ideal for relaxed meals after a day by the sea. Parking is available for two cars in dedicated spaces.

The property is family friendly, with baby gates, travel cot and high chair available. Check-in is from 3pm and check-out is by 11am. Children and infants are welcome. Smoking, petsare not permitted, group bookings are subject to approval.
