This well-presented light and airy house, with its four bedrooms, and sociable open-plan day space sits just minutes away from award-winning Swanage beach with its promenade and pier. Swanage has an array of independent shops, cafes, bars and restaurants, and seaside attractions for all the family, and has a famous heritage railway running steam trains to nearby Corfe Castle.

On entering Puffins Rest you will find a hallway off which sits the impressive double aspect open-plan day space which includes a sitting area with wood burning stove, a family dining area, and a large kitchen with central island. The well-equipped kitchen has a range cooker, a large fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and plenty of counter space and storage. Stairs lead down to the family room with sliding doors which lead out to a sheltered courtyard garden, and you will find the family bathroom and a utility/laundry room on this level. Three of the four bedrooms sit on the first floor and include a king-size bedroom, twin bedroom and a double bedroom, plus a family shower room. The remaining super-king size bedroom sits on the second floor and has a walk-in wardrobe and great views over Swanage, its beach, and the beautiful surrounding hills.
