Dining Area: Large farmhouse dining table with seating for eight, French dresser, views overlooking the garden.

Kitchen: Newly fitted kitchen complete with induction hob, fan oven, freestanding fridge/freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso Magimix coffee machine, microwave, kettle, toaster.

Bedroom 1: Ground floor double bedroom, with wardrobe and private en-suite shower room (shower cubicle, wash hand basin and W.C.).

Bedroom 2: First floor king-size bedroom with built-in wardrobes, garden views, Juliet balcony and private en-suite shower room (walk-in shower, wash hand basin, W.C.).

Bedroom 3: Pair of single beds, garden views, Juliet balcony.

Family Bathroom: Family bathroom with shower cubicle, bath, wash hand basin and W.C.

Utility: Utility room in an outhouse located just outside the back door, which houses a washing machine.

Cloakroom: Ground floor cloakroom with wash hand basin and W.C.

Linen & Towels: Provided, please bring your own beach towels.

Parking: Driveway parking for two cars, further on-street parking available in front of property.

Please note: The property is within walking distance of Swanage town centre and the beach. The walk into town is downhill and takes approx 10-15 mins, however, guests should be aware that the return journey to the cottage involves an uphill walk at the end of the day.
