Room was clean and spacious for two. Staff friendly and accessible. Mall and convenience store are close to the hotel. Very good experience. We definitely will stay there in our future vacations there

Clean room , good size , stores near the hotel walking

Very clean ,helpful staff, safe area , lots restaurant near the hotel and good location near the station

The hotel looks like it needs some renovations but the experience from the staff is beyond what I expected. The front staff helped me figure out how do my laundry and taxis to be able to go to f1. It had a family mart and couple restaurants within walking distance. I also loved the deep bath tub to soak my sore muscles after walking 10 miles!

This hotel was so nice and spacious. I can’t wait to come stay here again.

Brand new property. Parking available for a charge (limited spaces). Onsen on property, very nice with sauna and cold bath. Beds are firm but comfortable. Breakfast with an additional charge. Japanese style breakfast, so skip if you want western style.

The hotel is a bit dated but the location is excellent if you want to ride on the Gozaisho Ropeway. It is right next to the Ropeway station. Moreover and since we booked our room on a Sunday that traffic to the hotel is quite bad as a lot of people were driving to the summit to take the ropeway ride. On the other hand, we take advantage of its vicinity to the station that we are the first taking the ride the next day. Ticket to ropeway riding is sold in the hotel at a discount. The hotel...

Wonderful staff. Conveniently next to Nagoya Airport. Stayed here for the Japan Grand Prix and have no complaints. This is the best place to stay if you’re planning to attend the F1 race at Suzuka Circuit. Easy access to the JR and Metro Subway lines. 7-11 nearby if you prefer not to spend money on grab and go food at the hotel. Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing family friendly hotel, from the reception area to the play area next to the restaurant, it is great for kids

Wonderful service & food. Multi course traditional dinner & breakfast. Our waitress/maid for our stay, Ota-San was fantastic. Access to private onsens as a couple was nice. They also provided yukayas for us to wear on property. Amazing ryokan experience!
