"Staff was amazing. Room was oddly laid out and needs updating. The bathroom door was soooo close to the toilet you need to step aside to open and close. Some things had evidently not been cleaned - the bathroom mirror over the sink had some leftover markings on the frame. "

"I don’t see a spot to attach pictures here but plain and simple we got in very late after a show killed 6 bugs without thinking about it too much. Next day there was blood on my pillowcase and my wife’s sheet. Found a few more bugs. Took pictures this time and turns out it’s bed bugs. Went to management and they said sorry we can’t find any evidence of bed bugs in the room and that I didn’t send them pictures of the bites on us they can’t confirm we were but??? Hello where did the spots of blood come from. DO NOT BOOK HERE!!!"

"The hot tub was closed due to a child leaving feces in it. Very disappointed since I waited later in the day to use it to avoid children and found out at the time they were not being properly supervised. In the third floor laundry room there was a water basin that had constant dripping water and there was poop in it. The food and cocktails were fair to average. The service staff was about the best you could hope for. The room was fine, clean & very roomy. The table & chairs in the lounge/bar area need replacing. Chairs very wobbly & tables underneath are falling apart. Although my stay was fair, I would consider booking again. "

"Love the pool and breakfast! The place is clean! I think the staff could be less standoffish, but maybe as you get closer to Boston that's what happens. My only complaint: don't put the chamomile tea and hot water away so early! Keep some hot water and chamomile tea out all night, it helps nervous travelers to relax. I also suggest getting UNSWEETENED Oat Milk for people who might have dairy sensitivities or have diabetes and cannot have sugar. Otherwise, I was pleasantly surprised by this stay! The morning/breakfast staff were very friendly and welcoming. "

"Breakfast was more comprehensive than most. Because I cannot have any food with wheat sometimes it can be tricky for me to have options but there was eggs, potatoes and fruit which was perfect."
