Friendly and helpful check in staff. Nice ground floor room which was good as we have a dog Nice looking building with a car park. Grass area around the hotel car park needs tidying up. Did not use the bar or restaurant, but looked very nice

Ne peut qu'évoluer positivement

Chambre sympathique, je pense que c'est le seul point positif. Toiles d'araignées au plafond, pas de poubelle dans la chambre et poubelle de salle de bain non ramassée, toilettes qui remontent, j'ai profité de la vie de mes voisins toute la nuit ( toilettes et douches). Petit déjeuner déplorable (11€/ personne environ), on se dit qu'à ce prix là ça doit être genial : obligés de redemander du café, pas plus de choix que ça. Pour 10€ ça mérite omelettes, oeufs brouillés, bacon, brioche etc. Je n'ai trouvé que de la viennoiserie très industrielle, et du jambon blanc pour ce qui est de la charcuterie. Il y avait au moins quelques yaourts et compotes. Pour finir, nous avons dû téléphoner pour être accueillis même si nous avions prévenu que nous arriverions plus tôt et de notre heure exacte d'arrivée. Positif = la possibilité d'arriver plus tôt ! Négatif = Devoir téléphoner pour être accueillis. Conclusion : grande marge d'amélioration possible !

Hotel au nord de la ville près de la gare. Chambre petite mais avec Clim. L’hôte vaut surtout par l’accueil super le soir comme le matin

C'est la 2ème fois que nous venons dans cet hôtel. Personnel très sympa, propreté de la chambre et salle d’eau. Petit déjeuner parfait, que l'on peut prendre à l'extérieur par beau temps.

Le personnel rien à dire. Le chambre un peu Étriquée pour deux personnes. Il y a eu l’alarme qui c’est déclenché à 2h30 du matin nous avons été livré à nous même. Nous les clients. Est-ce normal qu’il n’y avait pas de Personnel de nuit. Un peu la panique pour toi le monde. Je trouve pour le prix du petit déjeuner. Ça me semble un peu cher pour le choix du buffet.
