SUMMER IS RAPIDLY APPROCHING-BOOK NOW FOR YOUR SUMMER VACATION.
Relax with the whole family at this peaceful Villa by the ocean. We are newly renovated and if you love the beach we have a great location. The unit is clean and reasonably price so you can enjoy Surfside Beach. We have two bedrooms and two bathrooms. Each bedroom has one queen and one double bed. This condo is considered 2nd row. Located near Surfside Pier and many restaurants.

Great location and beach access

Location is great. This unit needs some maintenance. Kitchen electric outlet didn't work; toilets did not flush well; Air conditioning in bedrooms was weak; quantity of paper towels (less than a full role) and dishwasher packets were less than needed; no dishtowels. Glad I brought computer as owner instructions were sent only through VRBO, no instruction packet in unit.

We booked this property in advance. Had an issue with not being able to see my Driver's license. That issue was resolved. When we arrived the home was as advertised. She did include linens and towels(no wash rags or dish towels though). Our issue came up when the host would text us accusing us of throwing a party, and having more than 5 people in the home (it sleeps 8 by the way) and the other 2 who came to visit were my children that were actully staying at a diffrent location. All the kids in the unit were 15 and under. 4 adults and 1 child stayed. The next day we were accused of disconnecting a ring doorbell camera. We did not disconnect any camera of any kind.

Perfect for our needs

My family and I very much enjoyed our stay at this property. Accurate description of property grom listing. The locations is perfect, with beach access right across the street. Beautful pool, comfortable beds, and adequately stocked kitchen. I will say the place is pretty dated and could use a deep clean (vents, baseboards, etc) but other than that it was perfect. We would stay again. Thanks for sharing your home Janet!

We were very impressed with the villa. Short walk to the beach and roomy. It was so much better than being in a cramped hotel room. Will definitely stay there again.

Enjoyed Our Stay

Good location with beach access just across the street. Nice that the bedrooms are like separate units. Kitchen sufficiently stocked. Host included a shower chair to help accommodate my mom. No beach items included, so be sure to bring your own umbrella, chairs, beach towels.

Great location

The host was easy to communicate with. We had trouble finding the parking passes and getting the tv to work. Host helped solve these issues quickly. The condo was one row from the beach. Great location. This condo was fine for my family. Nothing fancy or high end. It was comfortable and clean. We had plenty of room in the bedrooms and the kitchen was well stocked. They were replacing carpet on the hallways and steps of the condo. Also, it would be nice to have even a small washer/dryer in the condo. My family enjoyed our stay at Surfside Beach.
