The host requires you complete the following before checking out:
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
Turn AC to 76 degrees Fahrenheit.
Remove all food and clean out fridge. Take all trash to the green dumpster outside labeled 1268.
Lock golf cart and place cover over it.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Only golf carts are permitted to park on wood parking.
If the outdoor grill is used it must be cleaned after use.
No smoking on the property.
