  • Welcome to 311 Surfside Drive, a charming coastal retreat in the heart of Surfside Beach. This clean and inviting 3 bedroom, 1 and a half bath home offers the kind of location guests look for when they want to park the car and enjoy everything beach life has to offer.

    Just a short stroll from the ocean, this home puts you close to the iconic Surfside Pier, local restaurants, shopping, and entertainment. One of the most unique features of this location is the Surfside Beach Farmers Market right across the street, giving guests easy access to fresh local finds and a fun community atmosphere.

    Set on the corner of Surfside Drive, this home offers unbeatable convenience and easy access to the best of Surfside Beach. Whether guests are planning a weekend escape, a family beach trip, or a longer coastal stay, they will love being so close to the sand, dining, and local attractions.

    With its beach town charm, prime location, and short-term rental appeal, 311 Surfside Drive is the perfect place to enjoy the Surfside lifestyle. It is comfortable, well-located, and ideal for making lasting beach memories.

    Your stay will include a starter set of linens and supplies:
    - Flat sheet and fitted sheet for all beds
    - 8 bath towels
    - 4 long hand towels
    - 6 wash clothes
    - 1 kitchen hand towel
    - 1 kitchen washcloth
    - 2 soap bars per bathroom
    - 1 dishwasher detergent
    - 1 paper towel
    - 1 toilet paper per bathroom
    - 1 trash bag per trash can

    A departure clean is included in your stay.

    Rates do not include Taxes and Service Fees. MINIMUM AGE 23. MAX OCCUPANCY 6. Photo ID may be required at check-in. We do not rent to Horry County Residents.

    There are security cameras located in the front and back of the building. There are no cameras inside the unit.

    There is a 2-vehicle limit per unit. Dogs are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $95 per dog.

    Rental agreement must be signed upon booking to ensure a seamless check-in process.

    We do NOT accept third-party payment sites (Klarna, Affirm, Afterpay, etc.)

Amazingly close to the beach and perfectly cozy

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: perfect place 2 minutes walk to the beach and all of the greatest restaurants. Everything was perfect except the smoke detector didn't have a battery and was open and the grill was dirty But this is the perfect, well-maintained cottage and the owners obviously paid attention to details such as outdoor darts and a bar. Very cute touches throughout and we will definitely be back. We often travel and this was such an amazing jewel.

Great location and truly pet-friendly! We had an unexpected pet incident, but the owners were so understanding and kind. Never made us feel bad or unwelcome — just the opposite. Felt like we could breathe and enjoy the trip. Highly recommend this place for anyone with furry family members.
