Stayed here for a business trip and it was all fine. Nice staff and rooms were nice. I suppose the only minor issue was the that showers had super low water pressure which may be an issue for somebody with long hair. But it wasn't so much of an issue for me.

Strong recommended hotel in Surabaya

The staff are nice and friendly , especially the staff from Bromo cafe . Chef Fitri , Mr. Jojok, Ms. Fitroh and Denny are giving good service, I am impressed . This is the strong reason I choose Sheraton Surabaya again for my long stay during my business trip. The location also very good , connecting with the mall.

Upon arrival, the front desk staff tried very hard to sell me that my booking of “premium room with two double beds”is indeed “a double room with two twin beds”. She tried very hard to convince my reservation, even after she checked my confirmation email from Expedia, was a double room, forget about “two double beds”. She spent more than five minutes to convince me 2 twin beds is a double room that was my reservation. Wasted my time a lot for me to explain what two double beds means. Can’t believe this can happen with Sheraton Hotel employees as I once was a senior management staff in Sheraton Pacific region hotels.

我訂的客房，沐浴的地方，沒有活動的噴水，直接從牆壁上灑水下來，很不方便，請接待人員更換有手拿噴水的房間，需補升等房價。 我住那麼多酒店，浴室都有配備手拿噴水的。 喜來登泗水的房間，需改進有手拿噴水的設備。我又住7天，理應免費升等免加價才對。真不會做生意。
