Business stay in Surabaya

We were only there one night on business but the hotel was quite nice, rooms very comfortable, great bed and linens, nice restaurant and breakfast buffet. Will stay there again when we return.

Okey room.

Did not get hand towels in the room. The 2nd day they only leave one hand towel. Very annoying. Pillows are very thick, and uncomfortable. Gave us better ones, but the cover looked old and dirty. Also a train that goes passed the hotel frequently, also at night and always honks loudly. But overall the hotel is clean, nice and good staff. Fridge also took 1 day to get cold, in one room, and never got cold in the other.
