"Hotel was OK, not up to the normal Taj standard. Hotel needs renovation and updating, TV quality in the room was poor. Breakfast was very disappointing, not enough choice for an international hotel. All the staff were excellent, friendly and helpful. "

"Lovely, full-service, hotel. Service was the standout--definite vibe of caring for guests though occasionally over the top in repeated questions about our satisfaction. Room was nice, spacious, well appointed, with modern amenties. Restaurant buffet was robust and beautiful (cruise boat equivalent) appropriate for kids and most adult travelers but not high-end in case anyone is expecting that. Desserts were more miss then hit for some reason. Appreciated great concierge support, including Wilson for travel. Pool and pool bar were enjoyable. Gym was fine. Lovely stay. Great service. "That stay was a complete disaster. It felt like a scam from the very beginning—the actual location was nothing like what was shown on Expedia. The place didn’t meet even the most basic standards of cleanliness or service. The bed was broken, the toilet was rusty and damaged, and the bed sheets were smelly and dirty. They moved me to another hotel from the same chain, but the conditions were exactly the same. I wasn’t able to sleep there even for a single night. I ended up booking another hotel on my own, and I lost the money I had already paid."

"Had a great stay at the Holiday Inn Agra. Very comfortable rooms and good value for the money. Breakfast buffet was good. A few items I'd go back for seconds on, especially like the fresh egg and fresh chai stations. Our server Rashal was the highlight of the buffet. He was attentive, kind and professional. He definitely represented the Hotel very well! We also had a major issue with an Uber driver that tried to scam us and the hotel staff helped us deal with him, and arranged a more secure car. While the new private car was a little bit more it sure was worth the peace of mind and comfort. "
