"Great heritage hotel !!! We do not get service like this in the USA!!!! From the time we arrived the staff was engaging, attentive and knowledgeable. So many little things made out stay memorable. Our room was like a suite, clean and welcoming. From the afternoon tea to the nightly entertainment. The front desk staff were very professional, friendly and outgoing. They started our stay out right by telling us about the property and all it had to offer . We did use the spa services and they were fantastic. The breakfast staff were excellent as well , they made us feel like royalty every time we ate in the restaurant. The restaurant staff were very diligent in making sure we understood all the different selections they had to offer , and it was great to have them explain what the different foods were and make suggestions on what they felt was good. Thank you for being very patient with us Americans. And finally the location of the property is great !!! It is close enough to everything, yet not in the ruckus of the hotel zone. Had a great courtyard and a very nice pool. We highly recommend this property to everyone traveling from the USA, reasonably priced with service that goes above and beyond. "

"I strongly advise caution before booking this hotel. During my family recent stay, cash was stolen from my room while they were out dining inside the hotel premises. We immediately reported the matter to the manager, but the response was extremely disappointing. Despite repeatedly asking, no clear explanation or resolution was provided, and they refused to share the CCTV footage that could have helped clarify what happened.
This is not just about the loss itself, but about the lack of accountability and transparency shown by the management. A hotel stay should feel safe and secure—here, I felt neither. I left with the impression that guest safety and trust are not taken seriously. Having travelled a lot in diff countries and continents to see it happens in my home town where we booked this it disappointing .
Until they address these issues and implement proper security measures, I cannot recommend this hotel"
