Feelin' TipSea? This property is the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the perfect vacation. Featuring 4 bedrooms, 2 baths with a shared community pool, you won't be disappointed. Upon arrival to this 2nd floor condo you will be greeted with nothing but coastal vibes throughout. Walking into the updated kitchen has everything and more that one would need to cook the perfect meal. Through the living room you will find your personal balcony, with views of the ocean which will become your new favorite lounging spot to enjoy a nice cool beverage! Three bedrooms are accommodated with Queen size beds and one bedroom has 2 Twin size beds. Each bedroom shares a hall bathroom situated between.

Take a dip in your shared pool situated between the two condominium complexes, only steps out of your back door!! There is also a shared laundry facility located on the ground level of your complex.

Great week, despite the parking
The beach is wonderful, the weather cooperated, even if it was a bit windy. It was great to be with friends/family. The place was compact, as advertised. The kitchen was very workable, even for folks who think that cooking a complicated dinner is an important part of being together. We would have benefited from being told that there was only parking for 2 cars, for a 4 bedroom, before Sunday evening at 8:30. AND if we were going to be alerted to that Sunday evening, some suggested alternative parking should have been offered. But we had a great week, despite the inconvenience and unexpected expense.

Looks can be deceiving. When you see this place from the outside, it looks small, but when you walk in, it is quite spacious. It’s also very close to the ocean, which is another plus.

Great location
This rental was very conveniently located just steps from a beach public access. It was clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The building is older and it feels that way inside, small rooms little too much furniture but it was clean and well maintained. The pool wasn't open which we were not told that would be the case so we were disappointed in that. I've never stayed at a vacation rental where I had to supply my own bath towels or make the beds when I got there. How much trouble would it have really been for the beds to have been made? Overall it was a nice place to stay and very affordable.
