「Condon was comfortable and clean and parking was easy. It’s in a great location and was perfect for our needs. The host was responsive and was easy to deal with. No issues. The only problem we had was the wine cork screw was broken! HahaWe bought a new one and left it there. All is well!」

「We enjoyed our stay. It was a mini sweet 1 room with a bed and futon, separate mini kitchen and bath. Big enough for our short stay. It also had a small screened in porch. Everything you needed. I would have appreciated a full length mirror but not enough to ruin our vacation. Perfect location and a plus was the parking pass for the beach.」

「Very nice! Clean and comfortable, good kitchen facilities, comfortable bed (in main bedroom—we didn’t use the other one), very nice bathrooms. Good location on a quiet stretch of Cherry Grove. 「Location is excellent. Walk from your door to the beach in minutes. Property is definitely dated. But, effort has clearly been made to improve it. New balcony had been installed. Appeared to have newer paint, linens, and appliances. Property was perfectly clean when we arrived. My complaints are minor, and most didnt effect our stay in too negative of a way. The door lock on dishwasher would not latch, so couldnt use dishwasher. (Simple fix, but i didnt have any tools and im on vacation). ...

「Our family was extending vacation with a couple days in North Myrtle Beach. The location was great and had a wonderful view. Pool areas were fantastic and well maintained. It’s clear the property is older but our rental has lots of updates and provided just what we needed. Overall it was clean but the additional linens and pillows were stained but not a major concern since we had enough on hand to get by. Communication was great and we had no other issues or concerns. 」
