Step outside to enjoy the view from the upstairs sun porch or find refuge on the covered first-floor porch. Enjoy the poly furniture, bar height observation chairs, 4 rockers, and a bistro-height table with 4 swivel chairs. Telescope lounge chairs (4) are also available. A private beachside pool with cushioned furniture is open from Easter through October for your enjoyment. The upstairs 1st living room and the 2nd living room have large flat screens with surround sound, along with new furniture for your comfort and enjoyment. New for 2026 is a completely remodeled primary bath. To make your stay as enjoyable as possible, interior and exterior upgrades have continued to be added to this home. You will also find new countertops in the kitchen/bar area with the professionally equipped kitchen upgraded with a farm-style sink, air-fryer, and other new items. A beverage fridge on the 1st floor for your convenience, and a new Char-Broil Performance outdoor gas grill has been added. The hot/cold shower outside is a great convenience after coming off the beach. Work remotely, if needed, with high-speed fiber optic cable/Wi-Fi, an HP all-in-one business printer, and office space in the 2nd-floor bedroom.

The home provides a residential passenger elevator to make loading and unloading a breeze! No need to tote groceries and luggage up the stairs. Please read and follow all posted rules.

This pool may be heated from September - May for an additional $500 fee per week. Please note that under optimal conditions, the pool can be heated 10 degrees above the outside temperature/maximum of 87°F. Please call our office for more details, as for optimal use, this service should be scheduled in advance.

We're excited to include cabana service with weekly stays from Easter through October—no hauling, no hassle, just more time to unwind by the sea! In partnership with Beach Boys Cabanas, your shaded cabana will be set up and taken down each day (Sunday–Friday, weather permitting, at the vendor's discretion). Enjoy the ease of a beach day made better... less effort, more time for what matters most.

Embrace the warmth of southern 'Hobbspitality' Luxe style! Enjoy a welcome set of starter amenities, including K-cups, two rolls of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, hand soap, dish soap, kitchen cleaning wipes, and a sponge. All bathrooms include two rolls of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap. Your beds are made with fresh linens and a lightweight blanket, so you can jump right into making memories rather than making beds! While we provide a lightweight blanket, we urge you to bring extra layers for your comfort. Please note that our sleeper sofa will not be made; we will provide fresh linens for it.

We also provide bath & beach towel sets (one bath towel, one beach towel, one hand towel, and one washcloth) per occupancy for your convenience.

You can choose from a range of items, including bikes, kayaks, paddleboards, boogie boards, and more. Simply select the gear you want for your vacation at least 48 hours before your scheduled check-in date, and VayK Gear will take care of the rest! Please note, a small delivery fee may apply.
