"Breakfast was excellent. Desk staff were so helpful! Rooms were large and clean! The area in the back of the hotel has a firepit and nice beach. Close to everything we came to Duluth for. Parking is free and convenient."

"We stayed in rustic hillside cabin #4. The lack of running water isn’t for everyone, but for me it brought back memories of my youth ( we didn’t have running water till I was 16.) We all loved the large deck overlooking the hill. Only stayed 2 nights, but we’ll be coming back next year. The kids LOVED the water park."

"This is a beautiful property and great amenities for a family vacation. We had age ranges from 4 - 74. This is definitely a party house and convenient to Duluth and North Shore destinations. The basement level was totally fun for the young kids! Access to laundry was a big plus. Our family would really have appreciated safety bars in all baths and stairway railings as well as some lighting improvements. We have two family members who use canes so these items would definitely have tweaked our rating to a 5, The host had excellent communication and follow-up. Thank you, Brian!"
