The Space:
When you arrive at this charming single-storey home, you’re welcomed by the sparkling front pool area, complete with two sun lounges and outdoor sofa, perfect for soaking up the Sunshine Coast rays. Inside, the home opens into a warm and inviting open-plan living space, featuring a plush leather chaise lounge and a smart TV, ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach. The adjoining dining area flows seamlessly into the kitchen, fully equipped with all the appliances needed to make cooking away from home a breeze. A round dining table sits near the air-conditioning unit, ensuring a cool and comfortable living space during warmer months.

On the left side of the home, you’ll find the main bedroom, a versatile office space with a sofa bed and desk/monitor, and a laundry area. Continuing through the home, bedrooms 2, 3, and 4 are thoughtfully positioned on the right side of the living area. In the back garden, step into the serene outdoor space, featuring a 6-seater dining table, BBQ, overlooking the lush garden and yoga gazebo perfect for your morning zen and stretch. The home is fully fenced when the front gate is closed.

Bedroom 1 (Main Bedroom): The lovely master bedroom offers a comfortable king-sized bed, air-conditioning unit, ceiling fan, TV (FTA only), ensuite and wardrobe cupboard.
Bathroom 1 (Ensuite): The ensuite bathroom is fitted with a shower, toilet, and vanity.

Bedroom 2: Furnished with a plush queen bed, air-conditioning unit, ceiling fan, and wardrobe space, overlooking the pool area.

Bathroom 2: The functional main bathroom is positioned near bedroom 2, 3 and 4, featuring a bathtub, shower, vanity and separate toilet.

Bedroom 3: Featuring a comfortable queen bed, this room is complete with a ceiling fan and wardrobe space.

Bedroom 4: The final bedroom is perfect for the kids with a single bed and a single trundle, a ceiling fan and wardrobe cupboard.

Study: Adjacent to the kitchen is the study area complete with a desk, monitor and single sofa bed.

Laundry: Equipped with a top loader washing machine, dryer and an outdoor clothesline.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home along with space to park one car in the driveway behind the front gate. There is also free street parking available. Please note there is no garage.

The home is located in the quiet Sunshine Coast suburb of Wurtulla and is positioned only a short cycle or a walk to the beautiful sands of Wurtulla Beach or Currimundi Lake. The home is perfectly positioned with easy access to the Sunshine Coast University Hospital, local parks, skate parks, shopping centres, plus kilometres of cycling and walking tracks. A short drive will take you to an array of coastal areas in Caloundra or Kawana with an abundance of cafes, restaurants and boutiques to enjoy.

Getting Around:
It's ideal to have a car to explore and get around the Sunshine Coast. There are local bus services that operate in this area should you need it, the home is approximately 450m to Nicklin Way where bus services are available and operate to Kawana/Maroochydore/Mooloolaba (northbound) and Currimundi/Caloundra (southbound).

*Pet-friendly for 1 dog - upon application, a $50 pet fee applies. Please reach out to us for pre-approval before booking. Please note we do not accept cats.

*We DO NOT take schoolies bookings* *No guests under the age of 20 travelling independently, fine if accompanied by family (ie. young adults apart from a family booking is ok.)

*This home is in a residential community with neighbours in close proximity. We have quiet hours on the Sunshine Coast after 9pm. We ask that you also generally respect our neighbours and keep noise to a minimum generally.

*Please note to stay with us you will be required to fill out a check-in form for your stay. This is a requirement of all our guests that stay with us, access to our home will only be provided after the completion of our form.

*Electric vehicle charging: If you plan on charging your electric car while on holiday, we would appreciate it if you could first consider using the designated charging stations available at nearby shopping centres and public locations. These are great alternatives and help us manage our power usage. If you need to charge your electric car at our home, please reach out for pre-approval beforehand. Please be aware that there is an additional charge for this. We appreciate your understanding.
