Unit 401 Seabourn is conveniently located within easy walking distance of Bulcock Beach, Kings Beach and Caloundra CBD.
Please note that the air conditioning in the lounge and main bedroom are currently not working. They will not be operational until the end of February 2025. Air conditioners in the other bedrooms are still working. Apologies for any inconvenience

(including trundle bed), or $51 p.w. for just the main bed (subject to an annual pricing review by the linen hire company).
Booking Terms
Prices vary according to the season, and minimum booking nights apply and vary for different seasons. Please note that whilst this is a holiday apartment it is located in a residential building and respect for neighbours must be observed. Loud noise/parties will not be tolerated. Wi-Fi is not included unless stated in the property details.

Tandem lock up garage (please note that the garage is not suitable for larger vehicles, landcruisers etc.).
Key Collection: Please note that after-hours key collection is now handled via a lock box located at the arcade side access to our office. If you are arriving outside of office hours or on a Sunday, you will receive a lock box code on the day of your arrival. For Sunday arrivals, the code will be sent on Saturday.
