"-Off site staff were very accessible when we found the door keypad tricky. -The common area kitchen was well stocked and felt welcoming and well thought out. I was especially pleased with the breakfast options! -Parking was super easy and super close to the rooms. -Our room (7) didn’t seem as renovated as the rooms in the pictures, but with the exception of the stained carpet, it seemed quite clean. Appreciated the waters and snacks. -Check out at 10am feels earlier than most hotels. -great location for walking around downtown! We went to a show at the Opera House and it was a quick walk."

The facility is getting a bit dated, but still a wonderful place to stay. Would return and highly recommend. Also, I had the best warm lobster roll at McLaughlins in Lincolnville."
