"This house was absolutely FILTHY!! Somehow I missed the pictures posted from someone last month or I definitely would not have stayed here. It does smell like cigarette smoke throughout the house but esp in the primary bedroom. There’s panels missing on the hot water heater/furnace closet. Big safety hazard if you have little kids. The gap all around the front door. The whole house needs a good cleaning and paint job. Stains on rugs. No way the carpets are cleaned monthly. Dirty baseboards. I could go on and on. The primary shower works good but it drains very slow. Dirty shower too. See other pics from someone else’s stay. Her pics are very accurate. This place is just gross!! Would NOT recommend!! Budget friendly shouldn’t mean DIRTY!! And there’s some homeless people that like to hang out at the convenience store a few doors down. No one bothered us but they were around. "

"Business traveler here. The parking was safe and easy-appreciate the dedicated spots for hotel guests. Communication before check in was very good as this was my first stay there. Room was very clean and loved the decor. Rarely say this- I will plan to end my day earlier to enjoy the hotel and restaurant. Highly recommend. Enjoyed the concept!"
