Located at mile marker 13 in Sunrise Beach's one and only, “Porto Cima”, your luxury home is in a prime location among the most beautiful homes and landscape the lake has to offer! Construction on this gorgeous home was just completed at the end of April.

Your private home includes a sleeping arrangement of 5 king beds, a bunk room equipped with 2 queen over queen built-in bunk beds, a pullout queen sleeper sofa, and 2 queen-sized air mattresses, allowing to sleep 24 people! This open floor plan allows for a spacious kitchen, dining, and living area both upstairs and down. When you step out onto the upper deck, the outside space is just as open as the inside. Our massive deck features a 7 seater light up bar, a "stone" couch and two chair pods, and two rocker chairs and a rocking bench. Right off the bottom deck is an amazing 12,000-gallon heated saltwater pool with a beautiful waterfall feature and a swim-up edge overlooking the lake, fire pit on the lower patio, and our lakeside 3 hole putting green. While you enjoy the pool, there are noodles and other pool toys located on the bottom deck for your convenience. Surrounding the pool you will have options to either lounge back in one of the reclining pool chairs or gather around our 10 foot dining table with friends and family. While Missouri has many warm and sunny days, we too have a summer season. The pool will be winterized from October to March, so please confirm with us if the pool will be open if you are planning to use it! While our pool is heated, if temps drop below 60 degrees it may not be able to keep the temps as toasty as one may want. However, our Jacuzzi Spa operates no matter what temperature it is. Whether it is the middle of winter or just a cool Summer night, you can enjoy the view of the lake from the spa located on the upper pool deck. Decide the sun is too hot today? No problem. Step inside and enjoy our action-packed arcade and video game room. Here you can enjoy the AC while playing some classic arcade games like Pacman, Asteroids, Marvel Pinball, and our pool/ping pong table! You also have the option to lounge back and enjoy our immersive Nintendo Switch experience with amazing audio on a 75" LED TV. You can even keep it old school and stick with one of our classic board games from the game closet.

There is also a dock attached to this property. It is a partially covered 12'X20' platform. There are no specific sized slips on the platform which allows guests to tie up boats of any size! This home sits at the back of a very quiet no-wake cove. Perfect for tying up boats!

When it comes to vehicle parking, our home will exceed your expectations! All of our parking is private and exclusive to you! With a three car enclosed garage attached to the home, an extra concrete 2 car parking pad, and a large square foot driveway, you can fit up to 3 vehicles in enclosed spaces and approximately 10 vehicles in uncovered spaces not counting the long driveway!

Last but certainly not least, we understand that being able to invite your entire family or group of friends to a vacation like this is important, which is why we made our home available to sleep a total of 24 people in beds! No one should have to miss out on a lake vacation!
