"The pictures didnt match the property. The room was very small and not mich room to move around. Our main issuse was the power faillure ar night and no guarantee it wouldn't happen again. We left after our first night and the staff wasnt very helpful. No refund was offered despite the power issuse. I wont stay there again."

"We absolutely loved our stay at this boutique hotel. The staff were always friendly and helpful. The breakfast was superb with a wide variety that suited our tastes. The amenities were great with a lovely pool to relax in and a great restaurant for food and drinks. The location was also excellent for the walking market, our walks and for activity pick ups. Highly recommend De Lanna Hotel."

"The hotel and staff were amazing. Our room was very nice, came with Netflix logged in for use. The pool was refreshing after a day of sightseeing. The staff helped book our elephant tour and the breakfast was amazing. The area is walkable with a temple right across the street. We received a welcome drink, tea service and 2 meals all complimentary. Would definitely stay here again when in Chiang Mai. "

"Breakfast is very good. Staff in restaurant and at the reception always come with a pleasant polite greetings. Even though the AC wasn't working properly the first 2 nights, they fixed it and was fine. Room cleaning need to be improved and be more attentive to wipe the counter tops."
