「We felt and saw they they have not Dusted in a long time. The floors were dirty feet were black from walking around in the condo. The rug in front of couch was so so dirty and stained. It was gross. We had no mom or swifter to clean up the floor. Other than that we had a good time and enjoyed the condo. Instructions we very simple and short. Loved that.」

「It was clean, quiet and in a good location. The kitchen met my needs. Suggestions: 1. Hang curtains over the blinds. The blinds make it private but they don't block out light at night. 2. There's need for a grab bar in the shower. 3. Get a real coffee maker. I drink organic coffee. I would never drink keurig coffee. 」

「This was a great location for us. Close to the Acadia neighborhood where we were visitng family. Our traveling group included a senior citizen. So we appreciated amenities like the elevator access from the parking garage and the walk in shower in the master bath. The condo was very clean and the kitchen was well stocked. Would definitely stay again!」

「We struggled with the VRBO app as they made changes. The owner was prompt with all questions and had to be a little creative to get what we needed to us. We enjoyed the quiet, the turtle doves, with the screened in porch looking out to the lake being our go to spot. The beds and bedding made our sleep comfortable. I will return if I go to Phoenix again.」

「This was the perfect place to stay for 2 people. Super cute, just as pictured, good amount of space, very clean and a quiet neighborhood. Short distance to Camelback Mountain, restaurants & Scottsdale. The pool & hot tub were a plus. The enclosed back patio was nice too. Parking onsite was helpful since we had a rental car. Easy check-in & the cleaning staff was super nice when we attempted to check in a little early. Would absolutely stay here again! 10/10 recommend!」

「The only downfall that this hotel might have would have to be the unfortunate surroundings and the amount of homeless people that are just everywhere at all hours. (Which is out of the hotels control) Aside from that I can't think of any complaints directed at the hotel itself. I would recommend this place to friends and family especially with how good the pricing is!!! 👍 The manager Nikki is awesome and she always goes the extra mile to make sure her guests needs are met!!! 」

「This was a beautiful area to stay. My room was spacious. Had floor-to-ceiling windows. It was clean, quiet. Soundproofing was done very well. There was a little bit of construction going on. They did include ear plugs in one of the side tables. Not that I used them. I had my own and I only really needed them. One day out of the 10 I stayed. I would have to say that the only negative thing I would have to say about this property is the lighting. I am visually impaired so I need lots of light to...
