"Good, affordable spot for a quick stay. Front foyer smelt quite smokey but was fine in our non smoking room. Rooms are clean and spacious. Staff at front desk and at breakfast were very kind and accommodating. "

"The room was excellent, it's location was not great based on the fact other guests come in next door for ice and for laundry. Lots of noise. No warning about other residents communication just outside of the room , next to the lobby . "

"This was a quick stay in the area to visit Babcock State Park, so needed nothing fancy. The room did have a stale smell when we walked in, not smoke but just not good smell. The carpet appeared to be dirty in some areas like not vacuumed but overall room was clean. The hotel was in a good area with other businesses around and convenient to the highway. The breakfast was decent enough and pretty standard for a free breakfast. Parking is on site and free. "
