「Where to start… Woman on check in had no idea what an Expedia pay at property reservation was. The remaining balance of the room was attempted to be taken before we even checked in. When we were eventually greeted by the very unhelpful woman, we were told that she “apparently” did not know what the reservation was. This is absolutely disgusting as clearly the staff have no clue what they’re doing. Then to dinner, a young girl has the most disgusting attitude for a waitress I have ever seen....

「Good location. Room was small with old furniture but clean. Dining room/restaurant was dusty: tables and floors were clean but evidence that corners, blinds, and deep cleaning does not happen often. Food options were quite good. Breakfast was good and well-served.」
