"Claus is an excellent host, and his property is exactly as described. The place looks brand new. The beds are comfortable, and his hospitality is some of the best I’ve ever received from VRBO owners, if not the best. His home is immaculate, and his attention to detail is five stars. If you’re ever in Zadar or the surrounding area, this is the best place to stay."

Could use a coffee maker. We made do w/hot water and filters. Good A/C. Plumbing is good. Water hot. 5 minute walk to beach, market, bus stop. Nice sized bathroom also has a half bath. "Wir hatten einen ganz tollen Urlaub in der Villa Family ,es hat an nichts gefehlt und es war sehr ,sehr sauber. Mateo der Gastgeber war sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit . Restaurants , Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Strände sind in ein paar Minuten Fußweg zu erreichen.Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden auf jedenfall nochmal wieder kommen.L.g. Familie Schmidt"

"My husband and I stayed here for one night as we were driving down to Split for our primary stay and flew in from Scotland with the only direct flight to Croatia being Zadar. We wished we could've stayed a little longer because Villa Mirakul is a beautiful property and we would've loved some time to explore the area. We unfortunately had a delayed flight so we were going to be past the cutoff time for check-in, but the host was amazing and left instructions for us to get in. Very clean room and easy navigation to the parking area. Hope we can return one day for a longer stay!"

"The hotel was good, but the customer service could use some help. There was no designated person for the hotel above the restaurant. It was annoying having to bother the waiters to ask for things like wifi or more towels and they usually didn't know what was going on. The rooms are nice with plenty of space and had a view of the water."
