"The receptionists were very friendly and helpful. We were upgraded to an superior executive room which was a double room with an additional sofa. It also had a complimentary minibar. The only thing was, the only item in the minibar was water. When I checked at reception, that was all they put in the minibar for that room type. I can get water from the tap for free anyway so after making a big deal out of it when we checked in it was very disappointing. Also the tv did not thave sky tv channels. The shower had no power what so ever and was warm at best. The waitresses at the bar were great once they arrived, but like buses, never appeared for ages and then got 3 at once. When you pay £100 plus per night you should expect more. Have stayed in hotels all over the world and had way better rooms for far less. Very disappointed. "
